    I remember seeing a bunch of lists for 'portfolio construction' in crypto. Honestly, if you're looking to hold anything longer than a 3 month period, I would probably only look at like 5 or less coins (the normal ZEC, HYPE, BTC, type of list). Anything else is excessive

    According to Wu, Barry Silbert's Digital Currency Group (DCG), which fully owns Zcash mining company Fortitude Mining, has signed a definitive merger agreement with Nasdaq‑listed HeartSciences (HSCS). The deal proposes to complete the business combination via an all‑stock transaction, expected to close in the second half of 2026. After the transaction, the new company will operate under the Fortitude brand and plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker TUDE. Under the agreement, DCG is expected to hold about 95% of the merged company's shares. Fortitude primarily engages in Zcash mining and PoW network investments, with an annualized ZEC production of approximately 157,000 coins as of the end of May 2026. The company said that after listing, it will use capital market funds to accelerate its Zcash mining, early‑stage PoW project investments, and data‑center power infrastructure expansion. https://t.co/jRMNnYqfdk
