Very soon the @base network will announce the B20 token standard. When x402 was released, it generated great hype and tokens issued under this standard yielded good returns.

In short, the B20 token standard is a new standard to be used for creating tokens, similar to Ethereum's ERC-20. This new standard aims for lower costs and higher performance. It also provides an infrastructure optimized for stablecoins and real-world assets (RWA).
