Doing more research into Trio-Tech $TRT. I see that I missed that the company has shipped one of its HAST chambers to the US through an affiliate.
There are a couple of possible explanations:
- The most likely option is a customer sale and installation. A US customer has procured a Trio-Tech HAST testing chamber.
- Alternatively, it is possible that the system will be used for customer acceptance testing, demos, calibration, repair or refurbishment.
- There is also a possibility that $TRT is building a small in-house reliability-testing capability in the US (possibly a small lab), but currently this is least likely unless somebody can provide more colour.
