We have world-class technology and a security model where outside capital can be deployed with confidence, particularly against a backdrop of what are now near-daily exploits across EVM DeFi. Capital flows to where risk-adjusted returns are highest and where existing liquidity concentrates. Today, Cardano's DeFi remains immature for capital at scale, whether retail or institutional, most notably in the primitives and yield opportunities that LPs require. The capital already on-chain sits largely idle, constrained by structurally thin liquidity, while external inflows remain negligible. $ADA should also be one of the first to recover from the entire bear market. I am doing a complete reshuffle for the next cycle and $ADA is now becoming a tier-1 coin purely from an Elliott Wave Theory point of view. $BCH and $LTC still haven't broken their major lows, but getting awfully close.
