According to Bloomberg, the shareholder vote for the merger between SPAC company Cantor Equity Partners I, linked to Cantor Fitzgerald, and digital asset reserve company BSTR Holdings, whose CEO is Adam Back, has been postponed from the originally scheduled June 26 to July 2, due to the previously disclosed private placement arrangement. Recently, the digital asset reserve (DAT) model has attracted market attention as the prices of Bitcoin and other crypto assets have fallen and the valuations of related listed companies are under pressure.
