I think it is a decent proposal to have more protocol-level initiatives from the side of the community; it has been addressed well by the HoS team. Tapping into new courage to address things that have not been addressed before at the House of Stake. But i my first impression NEAR House of Stake is just a vehicle for operational fund and grants, i might had missed one or two premises on this.
