Honey farming on @berachain is starting to get more structured, and @TermMaxFi is one name worth watching.

9% fixed APY doesn’t look crazy on its own, but in Berachain context, where yield is mostly variable and heavily incentive-driven (PoL, bribes), fixed yield is actually rare.

Reality check:

▸ Beefy USDe-HONEY sits around ~7.5% but fluctuates constantly
▸ Popular Bera pools hover ~7–8% and aren’t stable
▸ TermMax offers 9% fixed, meaning you can actually model IRR instead of guessing

The interesting part is the collateral layer, no idle capital needed.

▸ sUSDe-HONEY (Beefy) still farms ~7%
▸ sIR (Infrared) still earns from PoL

Then you use these as collateral → borrow HONEY → loop it back into the 9% vault.

So base yield + spread from fixed rate = a loop you can actually model.

That’s something variable markets can’t offer: predictability.
