Wu reports that the privacy public chain Secret Network community has released an L1 continuation draft, proposing that after Secret Labs ceases development and support for the existing network, the community will establish a new entity to continue core development and operation. The plan does not migrate to a new chain, but restructures the token economy by issuing additional SCRT. Existing token holders and SCRT locked in contracts will retain their original balances, but their ownership proportion will be diluted. The newly issued tokens are intended to be allocated to the new entity, validators, relayers, developers, and victims of hacking incidents. The draft uses an 80% dilution as a calculation example, corresponding to the issuance of approximately 1.448 billion SCRT, but the final dilution ratio, allocation weights, lock‑up arrangements, and compensation rules have not yet been determined.
