One idea from @RallyOnChain “The Brand Accelerator” really changed how I think about Web3 marketing:

“The audience you paid to reach becomes an audience you keep”

That line made me realize we’ve been measuring campaigns the wrong way

Most people celebrate impressions because they’re easy to show. But impressions disappear. A community that stays engaged after rewards are gone is much harder to build, and far more valuable

To me, that’s the real shift behind Rally approach. Distribution shouldn’t just create attention for a week. It should create relationships that make every future campaign stronger than the last

Maybe the best marketing isn’t the campaign that goes viral. It’s the one people still want to be part of months later

The trade I'm making right now is giving up certainty for possibility.

Most of my friends spend their evenings relaxing after college.

Mine usually disappear into learning a new protocol, creating artwork for communities, writing threads or figuring out why something I built didn't work.

Sometimes I wonder if I'm falling behind.

Then I remember I'm investing in skills that didn't exist a few years ago.

I'm trading hundreds of comfortable evenings today for the chance to build a career that gives me more freedom tomorrow.

It's not the easiest trade.
Some days I question it.
But I'd regret never trying far more than I'd regret failing.

That's the exchange I'm willing to make.
