We’ve totally lost the plot of what memecoins are or are supposed to be

In the times of PEPE, DOGE, SHIB or even in the bull run of 2024, memecoins were cute, memeable coins of animals or events that were very relatable to everyone including people outside the crypto ecosystem

Today, celebrities & crypto influencers create & promote coins in their likeness for selfish gains and call them meme coins

Why would anyone outside of the solana bubble want to buy a coin named ANSEM, TJR, LUKE BELMAR or JAMES WYNN?

They are lack any substance or memeable value

All bundled rubbish that will die off in due time

This is why solana is dying

Pumpfun has grown into a cancer for our entire ecosystem.

i have always liked and supported Ansem

i've never hidden this

and i'm not ashamed of it

Ansem gives off overall positive vibes and you can tell he genuinely wants others to win

he also has a habit of lifting up and amplifying smaller voices and characters

and unlike many other main characters who can't stand seeing others take the spotlight, he actually seems genuine about it

i disagree with your comment about him shitting all over the idea of holding memes with strong narratives

he literally called $PEPE (which went to $11b+), $WIF ($5b+), $BONK ($4b+), $MOG ($1b+), and several other high profile memecoins near the lows before they became consensus plays last cycle

but even if you were right, i'm not sure why the smart move would be

to automatically hate or never commend someone simply because they hold a different opinion from yours

echo chambers benefit nobody
