ICYMI, the CCA uses uniform clearing prices across discrete periods with non-decreasing floors and max-budget bidding to limit gas wars.

- 120 million tokens (of 1.2 billion total) are available in a 48-hour auction that opened July 8
- FDV started at $20 million; current clearing is about $25 million (~$281,000 is committed so far)
- Under 1% of supply has cleared and unsold tokens return to treasury.

Auction tokens have a 40-day cooldown and are transferable only after the cooldown with full transferability is targeted for August 19
